Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer global shipping.

We work with a network of global couriers to provide efficient delivery globally.

Under normal circumstances we dispatch the next business day after an order is placed. Our express delivery normally takes between 3-7 business days. (please refer to the checkout page for most accurate information based on your shipping address).

Shipping time varies depending on your exact shipping address, courier and other factors. We understand you want to receive your purchase sooner than later and we too want you to benefit by receiving the product ASAP. We will ensure to do our very best to use the most suitable courier, fastest possible shipment service, and provide the best customer service to keep you posted on the shipping progress.

Orders with a total value above 300 USD will be shipped free. If your order value is less than this amount, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.


  • Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and
    handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. Additionally, you may review below additional information for shipments shipping to Canada which can imply to other countries as well.

We gladly accept returns for any Colligo Collective ONLINE purchased product(s) within 60 days of the date of receipt for Hong Kong and Overseas customers (*except Mainland China Customers) . 

Orders must be in “Good Condition”. There will be a return form needed to be completed. Once we have received the completed form and your return, your return will then be examined by the factory. Once inspection is complete, we will either process your refund for returns, or assist you to place your replacement order for exchanges. 

"Good Condition” means that the merchandise is:

  • Still in its original packaging with all certificates, warranties, authenticity cards, original invoice and gift intact;
  • The item has no damage in any way.
  • The item is found intact in its original purchase condition.

For product exchange, we offer an exchange service if the items are in following conditions. (*Except Non-refundable & Non-exchangeable items):

  • Products must be in “Good Condition” with no damage in any way.
  • To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on Colligo Collective Online Store and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
  • The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.
  • If you have purchased any items with any discount offered by a joint promotion or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account. Discounts offered by companies other than Colligo Collective shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant companies.
